I'm assembling custom clips to organize aluminum profiles into LED light fixtures. The led profiles measure 15x6mm, while the LED strips shine brightly at 10mm. A consistent distance of 8mm separates each AL profile. I printed my clips with a 102% scale factor, which is my printer's sweet spot. To secure them in place, I applied UV-fast-curable glue to the backside of each clip.
