Just print, and glue it all together. =] Walking around with this in any location is a great conversation starter! I've had sooo many people come up to me and ask me "Where do you buy that cane??" It also makes a good prop for Halloween costumes and shows. The LED lights I bought were for $4.99 on amazon.
