<p>LED mount for FLSUN SuperRacer to mount a 8 or 10 mm wide LED strip behind the hot end. Slots are included for wire tying the strip, since adhesives aren't great in warm places.</p> <p>Be careful what LED strips you buy. You want one that is 55 mm or shorter between segments that you can cut.</p> <p>Remove the two rear fan duct screws and replace with longer screws to hold the LED strip. I used 3 mm x 12 mm.</p> <p>If you use a 12 vdc strip, you'll need to inline a dropping resistor, or a buck converter to get 12 v. If you use a buck converter, you'll probably need to mount it in the top and run an extra wire down. Much easier to use a 24 v strip and wire it in parallel to the hot end cooling fan wire, the method I used.</p> <p>I added a wedge to angle the light towards the front. You may like the light angled toward the front, OR it may create glare. I'm still waiting for my 24v strip, so all of this is untested.</p> <hr/> <p><strong>Update 12/3/2021:</strong> Added 30° and 45° wedges, again untested.
