This lamp improvement: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27350 includes a simple plastic part for your Luxo lamp. It enables you to contain the electrical components within the lamp head. To install, don't forget to drill a small hole for wire passage in the lamp head. In the picture, I utilized a switch, a circuit board with 4 LEDs (from a broken flashlight), and a USB cable.
