Create a ring light mount for your AirWolf 3D printer using this file, which also fits printers with a 50mm hole spacing Budaschnozzle. To install, acquire a Buda-type hot end with 50mm mounting holes, 2 M4 x 45-50 screws for replacing the current hot end mounting screws, and 4 M4 nuts. Additionally, purchase a 70mm Angel LED light ring from eBay. Print two of the provided ring mounts with 1.0 infill, and ensure they fit over your LED light ring (file adjustments may be necessary). Solder two thin wires to the LED unit and mount it as shown in the photos. Replace the Buda nozzle mounting screws with longer M4 screws and place two nuts on each screw before installation. Tighten the screws 3 turns past snug, then use a nut as a jam nut against the bottom of the carriage. Place the LED light ring between the bolts and hook the printed mount over its edge, tightening the remaining jam nuts against the back of the printed light mounts. Route the wires with hot end wiring and connect to a +12VDC power supply. Enjoy your new ring light mount!
