Turned out my DC barrel jack was a smaller diameter, and passed completely through the hole. My first thought was "I need to run to Home Depot to get *just* the right washer". Then I realized the folly of that, fired up Fusion 360, and knocked out this part. OD: 12mm ID: 7mm Thickness: 1mm I haven't printed it yet (waiting for one of the other parts to come off the printer) - but will update this as needed with any additional information.
