LED Lithophane Night LightBox is 124x84mm (Inner 120x80mm). Inner Support frame should be printed from translucent filament.Frame Bracket to be glued to the back of the box.I found the using a high quality image works best. The image I used was 1200x800 pixels so it scales down to 120x80mm to fit inside the Box Frame.Lithophane can be made herehttps://tool.itslitho.com/CreateModelFrame Thickness should be 5mmAnd printed from White Filament and printed in "Super Quality"The LED Strip should be glued (Some LED strips come with self adhesive backing) along the inner wall of the box and can be threaded through the hole on the side of the box.I found that if you don't have the translucent Inner Frame you can see the the LED's through the image.I used this LED strip. (0,5m): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/196015194020?var=495880438742Or you can use a Remote RGB Strip with remote if you want it to chage colours.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/174888795627?var=474047912418The LED strips can be powered by a moblie charger or PCI used mirror paper on the base of the Box Frame to reflect the lightStep 1: Print the parts Step 2: Cut the Mirror paper to fit inside the base of the Frame Box (If using)Step 3: Thread LED strip through the hole (LED facing in) on the four sides of the Box Frame. Cut the LED to size and then glue to the sides. The beginning of the LED strip should be 10mm from the side of the hole so you can glue the start of the USB cable (I did this so the USB cable wouldn't tear apart from the LED Strip)Step 4: Insert the Inner frameStep 5: Glue the Frame Bracket on the back of the box (Glue to the top and in the middle as shown)Step 6: Insert your Lithophane Print into the Box frame.Step 7: Plug in the USB cableStep 8: Enjoy
