<p>This piece helps mount a LED light to a wall at 13 degrees (so the light does not point downwards), using the brackets that come with the LED light.</p><p>The piece uses 2 M4 screws and nuts to mount to the bracket and has a hole to mount to the wall.</p><p>I don't know if this type of brackets are common but maybe it will be helpful to someone.</p>
