Led Light System For Prusa Frames
thingiverse
I worked from spradlinb's led light bar, adapting it to my needs. He uses a 14mm diameter for his bar, which I retained, but my led lights are thicker (9.5mm) and require more area to hold the strip, so I increased it to 10mm. Additionally, I deepened the bar to 3mm to shield and focus the light downwards. Since six lights measured 200mm, I scaled the bar to match this length, making adjustments easy if needed. For the bracket, a sturdy design was unnecessary; spra's could hold at least a pound, but mine is sufficient for holding the light bar while saving material. I also modified the bracket to create an extreme cantilever, allowing it to be mounted on one side of the frame and freeing up space for spool holders or other attachments. I'm confident you'll appreciate this system; I've attached the step file for easy modification.
