I designed these handles to fit 1" thick walled polycarbonate tubing. Print tolerances are important for a good fit, use the "Handle blank" file to get your diameter right. The battery pack holds 3 AAA Batteries. Its a 2 part assembly that uses the spring end from a battery pack on both sides. I used a 5v RGB light strip from amazon for the parts. You will need to solder and glue (I used a 3d pen for the board for these parts. The Pommels and Emitters are designed to take an M3 set screw. The pommel is designed to rotate to activate the lights. A longer set screw will use the emitter to lock the entire handle in place if your tolerances are off. Print settings: I printed these vertically and mostly solid for rigidity. You will need to know your shrinkage rates as these file are on size. My scale settings for the were 101.12% with Eryone pla on a CR10s Pro V2.
