I purchased a high-intensity LED light strip from Powerx.com, manufactured by WestMountainRadio. I created a custom mount to securely hold the LED light strip in my portable GoKit. The housing for my GoKit features a standard 19-inch rack system commonly used by musicians and technicians. As such, this mounting solution is not exclusive to ham radios; it's versatile and widely applicable. Once I have completed a step-by-step tutorial video showcasing the setup process, I will post it on YouTube. The mount seamlessly integrates with the GoKit's rail system, allowing users to adjust the LED strip's position to achieve optimal illumination for their workspace. Feel free to ask questions if you're unsure about any aspect of this design. For reference, here are the printed assembly instructions: 1. You may need to rotate the model print bed during setup. 2. I've included a SolidWorks file that allows users to modify the source model according to their preferences. 3. Enjoy your new high-brightness LED light strip mount!
