This is a complementary component to an extremely popular dimmer used specifically for controlling LED strip lights. In my situation, the dimmer is firmly attached to the underside of a cabinet directly above a work surface area. The power source is discreetly located on top of the cabinet and out of direct view. I needed this enclosure to manage the wire connections, preventing accidental dislodging of the wires when reaching for the dimmer knob without looking. To accomplish this, I added a sturdy spiral conduit to guide the cables back to the rear underside of the cabinet. This approach offered an alternative to using common wire clamps nailed directly into the cabinet, but I believe it adds a more visually appealing element. If future cabling needs arise, the spiral opening can be utilized to easily insert new cable. The spiral conduit measures 27cm in length and has an outer diameter of 2cm.
