I bought these [ LED light panels](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T8FBZC2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to improve video quality while working from home. The tripod base was too big to mount behind the monitor so I made this little adapter to be able to attach the lights to my monitor. I have a Dell S2721QS but they also worked on my son's U3219Q. You just need to buy a 1/4-20 x 1/2" bolt per light panel to attach them. I kept the swivel bases so that I can adjust the lights.
