Here is a set of two mounting brackets to mount an LED strip lamp to the top left shelf of the Raise3D N2 printer. Each bracket consists of two parts, carefully designed for optimal functionality. The bottom parts are securely attached to the shelf using original screws and feature a lip that fits snugly over the edge of the shelf, preventing rotation and ensuring stability. The top part attaches seamlessly to the plastic end of the LED strip lamp, allowing for effortless adjustments to the lighting angle. To make this possible, the top part can swivel on the bottom part with precision, giving users complete control over the angle of the light. To prevent unwanted movements and ensure easy synchronization between the two brackets, the mating surfaces feature a specialized joint called a Hirth joint, which provides fixed angles for optimal performance. This innovative design relies on two M4 20mm screws with washers and hex nuts to provide added stability and support.
