I designed this to fit a standard Prusa frame. It matches perfectly with an LED strip on aluminum, which you can easily find on eBay or Banggood. The plug simply inserts into the 12V power supply and uses just super glue; the frame will act as a heatsink so the LED will shine at full brightness and be incredibly cool, which is very good for its lifespan. You can purchase it here or similar versions that fit perfectly: http://www.banggood.com/6W-76led-COB-LED-Chip-520mA-WhiteWarm-White-For-DIY-DC-12V-p-960210.html?rmmds=myorder Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Notes: ABS or PLA - doesn't matter Post-Printing Assembly You can print it separately for easier printing, using the "rozdeleny" file. Then simply glue it with acetone or CA glue. Acetone is better if you're using ABS. Next, glue a piece of aluminum foil to it but make sure the shiny side is facing up so it reflects more light.
