Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/f1AdQ4d61iR My Design Process I produced two identical main LED enclosures and deliberately manufactured one 1% larger to accommodate the smaller housing, which securely holds in place a 1 watt LED and diffuser lens. It is an extremely snug fit.
