An LED light for your Wanhao Duplicator i3 Mini, Cocoon Create Model Maker or Monoprice MP Select Mini. Two design options are available with the LED's placed either horizontally or vertically. Parts disassemble easily for printing and will need some assembly - follow the instructions below to complete it. The shade cover is in a separate file and can be printed with transparent filament if desired. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Print parts and attach the LED to the lamp shade base using double sided tape, feeding the wires through the opening in the arm before sticking it down. Do not shorten any wires until you are ready to solder them. 2. Insert the DC adapter (female) through the rectangular housing as well as the switch through the housing lid. 3. With all components in place, superglue the housing to the arm and the shade to the shade base. Alternatively, turn the housing horizontally with the DC adapter showing backwards and glue it to the back of the lamp base. 4. Connect the black LED wire directly to the DC adapter and wire the red wire through the switch to the red adapter wire. 5. Solder all wires before closing the housing lid and secure the light adapter to the printer using slightly longer than stock hex screws. Remove the top and bottom hex screws from the end of the Z-axis. 6. Close and secure the housing lid in place with tiny screws. 7. Connect the DC adapter and you're good to go. To avoid the LED's adding extra heat to the print, use any available 9V power supply instead of a 12V. Parts list for identification purposes.
