LED Light Bridge/Arc (easy print)
thingiverse
I first built the LED Bridge by Opopssums but after it broke I realized that it had too many parts to reprint and reassemble, so I decided to design my own with a focus on stability and printing each segment in one piece. I also integrated a rail to accommodate a piece of paper or thin plastic foil as a diffuser. This custom-designed LED Bridge has only three distinct parts: feet and segments that can be printed without supports. I used a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.3mm layers, recommending rafts for a smooth fit without the need for cleaning holes and cutting away excess material. I assembled the parts by gluing them together but believe they should also remain stable even when the feet are fixed to a table surface. Dimensions of the assembled lamp include 2m of LED strip with a maximum width of 12mm. The overall width measures 1.45m, with a height of 72cm. To print this custom LED Bridge, you will need: * 12 LightArc-segment.stl parts * 1 LightArc-foot-left.stl part * 1 LightArg-foot-right.stl part
