LED Light Bracket

I crafted this LED light bar to deliver an abundance of illumination with a sleek design without breaking the bank. The COB LEDs and power supply were sourced from AliExpress for under $6 USD - links are provided in the miscellaneous notes section. The COB LEDs sit on a bracketed adjustable mount, allowing for precise positioning. A bolt and nut secure the light bar bracket to the 2020 frame's notch, where it slides into place smoothly. All components were printed with ABS plastic, chosen for its superior heat resistance due to the COB LEDs' tendency to warm up and added strength as bolts and nuts are under tension. I removed excess material from the COB LED frame to enhance heat dissipation and minimize overall dimensions. The images showcase my original wing nuts and bolts; however, attached files include an upgraded version for improved aesthetics and a tighter fit. Designing this project took considerable time as I aimed to manufacture all bolts and nuts from plastic - a more challenging task than anticipated.
