LED light Boolean Punch
myminifactory
Don't print this thing by itself! It's a boolean punch, a modular design that creates a negative space which adds functionality to another object. In this case, it turns your object into an LED light. Check out Glowda: the glowing Yoda for an example. Use Blender or a similar program to use boolean operations and create this shape from another object. Then insert an LED and a 2032 lithium battery. Be prepared to play with bending the wires to make good contact, and double-check your polarity before pushing the battery all the way in. Take your basic Yoda head and add an LED light and a 2032 lithium battery to the bottom using boolean operations, and you get Glowda. See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:241887 for a boolean punch that can make anything glow. For the best results, print in yellow glow-in-the-dark material and use a UV LED. This really makes Yoda stand out with a cool radioactive glow. More details on my blog: http://www.the3dprintedfuture.com
