Led Light Base
thingiverse
This is a straightforward LED light designed to utilize the flat 48 bulb units widely available on eBay. I created this to replace all the power-hungry and dim 12-volt lights in my pull-behind camper, houseboat (a camper on pontoons), boat dock, and other off-grid buildings. These use flat LED panels that are delightfully cheap and bright. Searching Google for "White-48-SMD-COB-LED-T10-4W-12V" or similar terms will reveal their ubiquity. Close observation shows I placed the mounting holes too close to the corners, necessitating notched lens corners instead of proper drilling. This has been corrected in the model; however, a second print is still pending. I think a device akin to breathalyzer units would be useful - one that detects caffeine levels. If levels are too low, you can't access computers. An alcohol-detecting version also seems logical, though not for me. It could be beneficial for individuals with online dating profiles or Facebook users. Someone requested a single, so I added one; hopefully, it's helpful.
