LED Light Bar Headrail Bracket

<p>I use two of these brackets to mount a <a href="https://www.lifx.com/collections/light-strips/products/z-tv-led-strip">LIFX Z LED light strip</a> inside of an <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DM7EZO4">aluminum channel</a> to a headrail to orient the light at 45º for reading in bed.</p><p>Models included:</p><ul><li>Print <strong>at least one</strong> of these<ul><li>Bracket without a wire channel</li></ul></li><li>Print <strong>one</strong> of these depending on the end you'll attach the wire<ul><li>Bracket with a wire channel on the left</li><li>Bracket with a wire channel on the right</li></ul></li></ul><p>I've included the Fusion 360 (.f3d) file. You can easily change the user parameters for the headrail width (currently 71 mm + 2*PrinterTolerance), height (25.2 mm + 2*PrinterTolerance) and wire channel diameter (3.5 mm).</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><ul><li>Orientation and Supports<ul><li>Bracket - Lay down on either side. Supports not required</li><li>Wire Channel - Orient the wire channel upwards and support the wire channel. Be very careful and go slow removing these supports.</li></ul></li><li>Layer Height - 0.20mm</li><li>Material - PLA</li><li>Perimeters - 3</li><li>Infill - 15% Gyroid</li></ul>
