LED Light Arch Math Based

LED Light Arch Math Based

thingiverse

This is a math-based arch heavily influenced by several contributors here on the verse, and it most closely resembles one I'm listing the link to but didn't label as a remix because I started completely from scratch in Fusion 360 after failing to remix this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3107531. The math on the arch wasn't exact and caused some issues with stability, so I went back to the drawing board and built the entire thing in a fresh file - you can find more details about it in the video. I also added a slot for holding the remote control of the LEDs, which is located in both bases, allowing me to easily switch its position during use or storage. To ensure strength rather than conserving filament, I made the left and right base much larger. If your printer has trouble with the tolerances, you can find the step files from Fusion that I included. Print List: 1. Left Base 1. Right Base 6 Arch Segments When printing the segments, remember to rotate each arch segment by 12 degrees so it's straight on the print head - no support should be needed.
