Insert to convert the 4xAA battery carriage to 1x21700 with boost + charging board included. You need to cut off 2 posts and walls off the inside side of the 2 end plates (they are guides for attaching the long battery supports). See photo for more info and how I put it together. I have my boost converter set to 6v which is equal to 4xAA batteries in series, though you can experiment with lower voltages to get longer life at the expense of brightness. To need to wire up to both ends to mimic the 4xAA batteries in series. Centre spring contacts are the positive contacts.
