LED Lens Cover for 59mmx39mm Panel

This thing was made with Tinkercad online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5xYnNhoSPqc. The LED Panels I ordered from are http://www.ebay.com/itm/301032417732?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT larger than the original lens cover this is based on. I revised it to fit the panels I got, which are 59mm x 39mm in size. EDIT: I printed this in clear PETG, supposed to have good heat tolerance. But this thing warped pretty badly when printing some ABS in an enclosure at 37 degrees Celsius. I'm going to experiment with thicker walls. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 0% Notes: I printed this in clear PETG. I think PLA would be too rigid, it needs a bit of give to snap onto the panel correctly.
