My LED strips are ten times three hundred and have a thick silicon coating.\nI re-created the part in FreeCAD, then glued two 150mm strips together with epoxy as my printer can't handle three hundred millimeters at one time.\nShoutouts to Tadoxx for a great idea!\nThe LED strips are automotive strips that require a 12-volt supply.\nI added a LM2596S DC-DC Step-Down Power Supply from eBay, which reduces the supply voltage down to 12 volts. This also gives me a 12-volt supply for an auxiliary fan. I positioned this where it would benefit from airflow generated by the stepper motor driver fan.
