LED GU10 Spot Lamp
thingiverse
A straightforward LED spot lamp is what this project entails. Design Notes: The taps can break off when printed on certain printers, including mine, but the shade fits snugly to the holder, which usually secures it in place. If additional support is needed, a dab of glue will suffice. Preparing for Print: To print without supports, rotate spotBoejle.stl 270 degrees along the X-axis and spotBaseTop.stl 180 degrees. The rest can be printed as is. Hide and secure the wires within the base cover. The socket used comes from bjb.com/productid=242025; other models may also fit. Update: An updated version without taps has been added, along with a base design for three spots. Note that the holes visible in the image are not present in the design file. A cover for these unused holes is now included. This lamp was designed using FreeCAD.
