LED Flashlight Mount Bicycle

After experimenting with different designs for attaching a cheap LED flashlight from China to my handlebar, I came up with my own solution. I included STL files for handlebars with diameters of 22 and 25 mm. To accommodate other sizes, simply modify the OpenSCAD file, render it, and export it as an STL file again. Although the text in the file is written in German, you should be able to decipher it on your own. To secure the flashlight, I used a 20 mm wide Velcro fastener. The M4x25 mm screws held everything firmly in place. I printed the parts using PETG with 100% infill, but you can also use less infill and a more stable filament if desired. I usually purchase flashlights like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32980156147.html Please note that any flashlight can cause temporary blindness to other drivers in traffic. Therefore, use it with caution, either by pointing the beam directly in front of you or when you're outside urban areas.
