A friend had gifted me with some short segments of 2020 extrusion featuring an angled recess perfect for mounting LEDs within it. To integrate these parts onto my printer's frame, I created custom mounts designed specifically to attach a segment of that extrusion to the 2020 frame of my printer. In the samples at my disposal, the extrusion lengths varied slightly on both sides (~18.1mm vs ~18.6), so I factored this discrepancy into my design to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
