The Larson Electronics LEDLB-80X2E Light Bar boasts high light output and extreme durability with versatile mounting and power options. The IP68 rated LED light bar is waterproof up to three meters deep, producing 14,400 lumens while consuming only 240 watts of power from a 12-volt system. It can operate on any voltage between 9 to 42 volts and offers an incredibly robust lighting solution perfect for commercial marine environments, industrial applications like machine vision systems, heavy equipment illumination, blasting and mining operations. This light produces a long and narrow beam with minimal spillage and provides up to 1750' x 300' of bright light. The LEDLB-80X2E features 80 Edison Edixeon® Emitters with CREE EZBright® three-watt LEDs, each producing 180 lumens and paired with high purity 10° optics for a focused spot beam. Optional floodlight versions are also available with wider beam spread for use as work and area lights. The light bar is constructed of extruded aluminum with heavier housings, rubber isolated mounts, and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide increased durability against vibrations, impacts, waves, rain, sand, and high winds. It utilizes an advanced heat radiating fin design to dissipate heat efficiently and maintain LED performance and color over time. The light can monitor and adjust input current to maintain correct voltage levels across a wide range of voltages, making it ideal for mobile and standalone applications. Its IP68 rated construction withstands extreme environmental conditions, resists dust and dirt ingress, and can handle rapid temperature changes from -40°C to 85°C. The light's aluminum mounting blocks slide within the housing to adjust positioning, and each block features an integrated rubber bushing to absorb vibrations. It can be mounted on flat or round surfaces with minimal 7-degree angle flexibility.
