LED Drill Jig for 12mm LED Bullet Lights 2.75 inch spacing, 5/8 inch J Channel-extended

I found that the inserts were too tight so I drilled them larger in the main jig. This made the jig too weak around the cutting slot. I have fully recreated the jig with the same concept as before but no drilling inserts and no cutting slots. This new model is: LED 12mm Pixel drill template-2.75 inch-5-8 inch_new.stl I still need to print it and try it out myself. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Old description: I took KzooPackFan's drilling jig and extended it so that you can drill more holes at a time but still fit it in most 3D printers. You use this jib with the flat side up while drilling. Total length is 250mm. For: - 12mm bullet style pixel LEDs - 5/8 inch J Channel - 2.75 inch center to center pixel spacing I have added a drill bushing which you will likely want several of. This is like a consumable part that will take damage as you drill out the pixel holes. If you don't use a stepper drill it, then you will want a 7/16, 29/64 or 15/32 drill bit. I need to these myself to be sure which is best, but each brand of bullet style pixels can also be different.
