LED Christmas tree ornament

This is an easy-to-assemble LED Christmas Tree. What You Need: 2 paperclips PLA filament Transparent filament 1 CR2032 battery (flat round button cell) 1 3mm LED of choice First, print the Battery Holder (CR2032) in a color of your preference; I used PLA black, and add a lid. Insert two paperclips with the pointy edge facing outward into the inserts and include a CR2032 battery with the flat side facing down. Press-fit the lid to complete the base. To make this, I set my 3D printer to print at 0.2 layers high with an infill of 40%, which took approximately 35 minutes. Next, print a tree in a transparent material such as Colorfabb _XT; insert one LED into the slot and bend the wires around the posts like shown on the picture below. Make sure the positive pin of the LED (the long side) goes around the thinner post while the shorter negative side goes around the thicker post. Then, place the tree all the way down into the base you just made and admire your new cool LED Christmas Tree! I used 0.3 layers high with a 40% infill for this model, taking approximately 30 minutes to print. This particular model was created using my CEL Robox printer.
