LED Christmas Star 5-edged

LED Christmas Star 5-edged

This is a more refined version of the Christmas Star of PaulM with five-edged spikes. I printed the twelve spikes with a single wall, or "black magic," in PETG at 50mm/s printing speed and no bottom layers. It's not recommended to print more than one spike at a time, as this isn't possible with black magic settings. The Christmas Star Hole has a five-millimeter bore for LED wire. The photos show a 0.75 scaled print. As a suggestion: you can use a small propane torch or a soldering iron to "hot-glue" the spikes together. For the final spike, you'll need superglue or something similar. Alternatively, you can use one of the penta-bases.
