Remix of the great 'LED candle flame by Aart' I just made the scad have a adjustable base size. 6.75mm is for 1/2 pvc. I lightly sand clear petg (set printer for highest temp for your petg and largest layer you can print well) I then coat with a thin coat of thinned UV resin inside and out. The lines are minimal from 10ft away, 20 ft and the results look great.
