LED backlight for Tronxy X1
thingiverse
I didn't have enough backlight when printing on my Tronxy X1 and I designed this holder for the hotend. This addition is simple and practical, does not require additional fasteners. I used one piece of a standard 50 mm LED strip (there are marks on the tape that can be cut). This holder is designed for a stock pad, it may be suitable for other printers (Cruz, XY-2, Ender?). No fasteners are required to the platform, the holder simply snaps onto the sleeve of the lower roller. It may be necessary to slightly modify the projections at the top with a file due to the error in the size of the bends of the platform. The LED strip is glued with the adhesive side to the base and the wires are output to the groove in the upper part. I just soldered to the wires of the main blowing hotend. I've only used support in one place, but maybe you can print without them at all. Filling more than 30% is not necessary - there is no load on the part. If you liked this holder, give feedback here.
