Fancy LED Array Stand for 3,258 SMD Strip LEDs (1M, 60LED/M) - Perfect for Illuminating Any Space. Strip fits snugly within the groove of the holder behind a light diffuser. Mounts to an 8 mm rod stand. The design requires printing two LED array holders with cut-away strips, a mounting plate, retention clamp, 8 mm stand, and cable management guides. I used 3528 LED strip connectors to wire it up seamlessly. Requires just two M3x30mm screws to hold everything together (a tap is best for threading the holes) and two M3 screws to attach the retention clamp to the array securely. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa Wilson Rafts: None Needed Supports: Not Required Resolution: 200 microns Infill Percentage: 35% Notes: After printing the LED array, carefully use a scalpel to remove excess material where the LEDs will sit. You can also use double-sided tape to adhere the strip to the back of the array. The groove is designed for inserting a strip of light-diffusing material (about 2mm thick). How I Designed This: I created this design using Autodesk Inventor, bringing my ideas to life with precision and detail.
