LED Arch Light

LED Arch Light

thingiverse

This is a no-frills LED arch light that uses two 10mm wide LED strips side by side, with an overall inside width of 1000mm. Supports are needed to ensure stability. The design breaks down into sections for easy printing, and the top two sections are linked together using a Crown Stone. You will need to print both mid sections, which consists of four parts in total. For a radius of 12 feet plus 2 feet, all parts including the Crown Stone amount to 15. The last image shows how the LEDs fit alongside each other. Get ready to give your printer a workout! A new foot has been added, making it look more appealing. Simply print two of them. After completing the arch sections, some fine fitting and sanding will be required to close up the gaps where the tongue fits into the groove. I plan to sand all items and spray with a finish coat anyway. The completed light is shown in the pictures.
