This is a compact, 400mm internal LED light designed for precision illumination while applying nail varnish. My wife finds it incredibly useful for this task. The versatile lighting system can be employed in various situations to provide shadow-free illumination. A distinctive feature of this design is the strategically cut-out area allowing for two 10 mm wide 5050 LED strips to be seamlessly integrated. The locking joints have been upgraded, and the sides are beveled to facilitate filler application and sanding, ensuring a smooth, joint-free surface. The extensive printing process required approximately 25 hours over four separate prints on my Wanhao duplicator6. A size comparison photo is included for reference. If you find this design too small, I've also created a larger version available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047623. For users with smaller print beds, individual parts have been added to accommodate these constraints. Print settings used include: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer Model: Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Low Infill: 30% Notes: Supports are necessary for the LED overhang. I utilized a Duplicator 6, not an i3v2, and printed on glass at 58C bed temperature and 200C nozzle temperature. To prevent prints from lifting during printing, I employed 3DLAC spray on the bed.
