LED Acrylic Badge

LED Acrylic Badge

I'm taking my first stab at designing a 3D print, so let me know how it turns out. It's a straightforward assembly process - just line up the wires, stack the plates in order, and push the plugs through. I've based the housing on a standard 5mm LED and a CR2032 button cell battery. UPDATE: I just caught that the SVG file (Acrylic Badge (body).svg) didn't have any holes for the plugs to go through. That should be fixed now. The issue is resolved, and it's time to move forward. The final version of the LED edge lit badge is complete, featuring areas in the print to guide the wires and a switch so you can turn it off without taking it apart. Next up, I'll tackle designing one for the Neopixel Stick! Print Settings: Printer: ZYYX Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: This device hasn't been tested yet, but I'm working on it. I plan to add a housing for a compact switch once everything else is functioning properly.
