LED 45 Extrusion mount

LED 45 Extrusion mount

thingiverse

Hi everyone! I had some LED 45-degree extrusions from a DIY project I had worked on and wanted a way to mount them to my 3d printer. I just made the end caps that way the stl's can be merged with other pieces to create 3d printer mounts at whatever angle you want or merge these blocks to L brackets for a 3d printer enclosure or merge them with different brackets to mount them to the inside of cabinets, drawers, behind your moniters/tv, etc. I made several variations including a pass-through connector to put two pieces together. I also included the OG Fusion 360 file I used. if it maintains the timeline you can modify the original sketch to change dimensions. the first extrusion is the main body, the second extrusion is the end cap filler(where you can include or exclude the hole), the surface extrusion and subsequent thicken are the lines for the aluminum extrusion to slide into. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MS89UER/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 Feel free to ask for alterations/modifications. I don't guarantee a quick turn around haha but am happy to experiment If you have any advice I would happily take it Thank you for the support! Happy Printing
