LeCroy LC574AM Oscilloscope Keypad and Trim

Replacement cosmetic and front panel parts for the LeCroy LM574 Oscilloscopes. The keypad has been designed with looser tolerances than the original to allow for some over and under extrusion. Your printer will still need to be well calibrated in the XY directions as the centers of the screw holes need to be within 0.5mm of their targets. The replacement buttons and knobs have a “Exact” and a “Printable” version. If you are using FDM printer then choose the “Printable” versions. If you are using an SLA then choose “Exact” versions. This print works well with large nozzles like 0.6mm using 0.4mm layers.ButtonsYou will need 45 buttons in total. The original has one (1) blue, one (1) green, eleven (11) dark gray, and thirty-two (32) light gray. For FDM printing, print bottom side down without supports or rafts.KnobsYou will need eleven (11) knobs. Start by printing one (1) knob and checking the fix. Scale up or down as needed and reprint until you get a snug fit. When you are satisfied, print the remaining knobs. For FDM printing, print bottom side down without supports or rafts. KeypadFor FDM printing, print face down with supports, no raft. Use a smooth print bed if you plan to adhear the keypad overlay. I use three (3) interface layers to allow for easy support removal. The keypad is 190x160mm. Your print bed should be well leveled across the whole bed as this will take up most of it. Since there is such a large surface area attached to the bed, take precautions to allow for easy removal. A removable spring steel bed sheet is ideal. Keypad overlayThe overlay is provided in PNG and PDF versions. The original Adobe InDesign file is available on request. If you want to translate the overlay but don't have access to InDesign, send me  table of English and Translation pairs, in whatever form is most convenient for you, and I will create and upload the translated version. I have used plane inkjet paper with spray glue and special printable adhesive label sheets. Both work well. If using plane paper and spray glue, spray the keypad surface only and allow to dry for 1-2 minutes befor attaching the paper. Don;t spray the paper as it will probably bleed through and damage the front surface. Please upload your prints as I would love to see how you use these models. Enjoy and Thank you.
