If you look at my profile, you'll see I ain't no scrub. I have a finely curated collection, nay, Library, nay, ARCHIVE, of Ryan Laukat games and also some others. But the uncontested jewel of my collection is Leaving Earth, I love this game so much. There are a few inserts out there for this game, most of them do a valiant effort of tetris-ing all the components into as small a space as possible. That's VERY COOL and I applaud all my fellow designers, but in my humble opinion ain't nobody got time for that, this is a 5-hour game already I don't want to spend 45 minutes remembering how to put stuff back in the box. This insert is the opposite, it takes up a lot of space, but now setup is way way faster, everything is smartly organized, and most components are usable straight out of the box! Also, you can sleeve literally everything and it will fit in this insert. For this insert, we'll use the three original boxes, two of them will become permanent storage for advancements, and purchasable components - and we'll need a big box. I bought mine from BoardGamesMaker using the [files from this BGG thread](https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1958433/box-and-organizer-base-game-and-expansions) - but don't use those, [use these files instead](https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/2423219/new-custom-box-design) which are higher resolution and your box will look prettier. Now, if you choose to get your box from The Game Crafter, it will be larger and this insert won't fit, it'll probably be really loose like my commitment to properly testing my rockets. Let's do this. Here's what you need to print: **Big Box** - primary gameplay components * 1x Map Tiles * 1x Features * 1x Missions * 5x Agencies x5 * 4x Joint Ventures x4 * 1x Outcomes * 1x Time * 1x Points * 1x Calendars **First Small Box** - Advancements and Planetary Samples * 1x The_Research_Lab **Second Small Box** - Purchasable Components / Supplies / Astronauts * 1x The_Shop **Third Small Box** - In here I keep the rulebooks, mission planning sheets, cards from Stations V1, slide ruler, etc. Note: there are two versions of the Agency holders. My first design was the "Agencies_ALT" (pictured with the group of 4) but I didn't like it, so I made a new version that copied the Joint Venture trays (NASA is in the new version). I recommend ditching the "alternate" design and going with the new one, but if you'd like a tray where you can leave the payload calculator cards in it while you play, try out the alt design. As always, I'm uploading STEP files in case anyone wants to make any changes! PS: Mr. Joe Fatula, when my scifi book that I'm totally going to write someday becomes a huge hit as it surely will, if you want the rights to the boardgame adaptation, it's yours. *** **EDIT 30 May 2021:** For anyone curious about how I sleeved my location cards, I used a hobby knife to cut some Ultra Pro sealable team bags to the correct size. Here is an amazon link to the item I purchased, # 81130: https://smile.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-Poly-Team-Bags/dp/B00095NR1K/
