I finally managed to crack my leatherman Wingman holder from months of daily wear and tear. Each time I would put on a new pair of pants or place it on my desk, the plastic casing cracked, giving me an ideal reason to design a brand-new one. Its transparent surface offers a very sleek look, which I'm confident will make it even more resilient. Its confirmed - the little rectangular slot is incredibly effective at keeping everything securely in its position without ever letting it slip. Moreover, when pushed into place, it makes this wonderful click sound that brings a great deal of satisfaction. Inspired by this thing from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:427373), I built a multifunction tool holster using FreeCad with one design sporting clean, smooth edges while the other kept its original angled corners to facilitate any modifications if needed.
