Leatherman Rev Belt Holster
thingiverse
I needed a belt holster for my Leatherman Rev, but couldn't find one specifically designed for it. Luckily, the Wingman is very similar in size, so I decided to modify one of those instead. The main difference between the two is that the Rev is slightly slimmer and has a more curved belt clip. My prints had a small issue with a sharp edge along the top, but I think this might be due to my print bed rather than the design itself. A quick shave off with the knife blade from my Leatherman Rev solved the problem instantly. Here are the settings I used for the print: Printer: CTC Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used PLA, but I don't see why ABS wouldn't work just as well. The prints turned out sturdy and strong with these settings and two shells.
