leatherman crunch sheath
thingiverse
So I managed to score a Leatherman Crunch on ebay since i heard they were no longer going to be made but it did not come with a sheath. So I looked for one and found Systematic_Sean's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4845594 but i wanted one with different type of belt clip and his didn't fit that well for my Crunch. So I looked on Etsy and found this one https://etsy.me/3kd2Wsh and i used it sort of as inspiration for my case. And I made the clip the way I wanted. It can accept a m3 0.5 tp square nut and an m3 x6mm flathead screw, but the two locator pins i made are also fairly tight and i wore it for a few days without having it loosen up. The clip also had a catch that should keep it retained even if you and or the sheath are inverted. The sheath you should print standing up with no supports, the clip on it's side with supports. if your printer is not particularly well tuned you may need to do some sanding on the pins to get them to fit but I strongly encourage you to let them be as tight as possible and still fit together. This is designed for PLA/ PET-G. If printing in abs you are going to need to size it up by 1-2% let me know what works for you.
