This custom clip is precision-designed to fit snugly at the bottom of a Leatherman Leather holster, specifically tested for compatibility with the Charge TTI model. Its unique shape allows it to securely hold the Leatherman 3" extension bit in place, preventing it from falling out of the holster's bottom. The design also accommodates an additional small tool on the opposite side of the sheath, making it a convenient accessory for everyday carry. To ensure optimal print quality, I printed this clip on its side with strategically placed supports. Given the minimal tension on the clip itself, PLA filament proved to be an ideal choice for this project.
