Leather Clamp

Leather Clamp

thingiverse

This is a clamp I created to help me when stitching pieces of leather together. You will need to print (2) arms, (1) base, (2) two-hole clamp, and (1) washer. I used supports when printing each piece and had an infill of 50% To assemble, you will need to purchase a couple of bolts, nuts, washers, and a spring from a hardware store. To attach the arms to the base, you would first need to sandwich the 4mm washer with the clamp arms (arm-washer-arm) then slide into the base, followed by inserting the bolt through the holes at the base. To insert the spring, it will be (bolt-washer-arm-spring-arm-washer-nut). The base is wide enough for simple spring clamps to mount it to any working surface.
