Leather Belt Template
thingiverse
I've searched online for other people's 3D printed belt templates, but I couldn't find any STL files. As an absolute beginner, if someone has a better template, please share it with me! This template is designed for a 1.5" wide belt. Simply place this template on the strap, mark it with an awl, and then cut or punch according to your markings. If you're interested in other widths, I can add those as well. The distance between the end of the leather and the first hole on the holes side should be 2". Each hole is 6 mm apart and 0.75" apart from each other. With the 9-hole version, this gives you 6 inches of adjustment in the belt. I initially made a shorter version, but then realized I could fit all 9 holes on a 200 x 200 mm buildplate if I printed it diagonally. The two holes for the buckle end are 34 mm apart and you're meant to cut between these holes, creating a long oval shape for the belt buckle. This rectangle is 95 mm from the end of the leather.
