1-1/4" leash cup insert that accepts a 3/16" OD stainless steel rod. Drill 1-5/16" hole in board, press in fiberglass or carbon fiber, wet out with epoxy (polyurethane if using non e-glass fiberglass), sand cup, press leash cup into hole, making sure cloth encases outer diameter of leash cup, rotate so stainless steel rod is perpendicular to stringer, let glue set, trim excess cloth, sand, ride.
