Learn To Play - Tabletop (Board Game)

This is a deliberately short and simple tabletop game designed specifically for teaching young children the fundamental principles of board games to their pediatrician suggested playing simple board games as an ideal way to practice sharing, rules, and turns. In this game, players take turns rolling a six-sided die to move across the board. Once a player reaches an obstacle tile, they immediately roll again to attempt to meet that specific challenge. If successful, the player advances the number of tiles equal to their success roll within the same turn. Conversely, if a roll fails to reach or meet the requirements of an obstacle, the turn comes to an abrupt end. The three obstacle tiles feature increasing levels of difficulty and should be arranged accordingly when creating the board. The mountain tile should be placed first as it requires a roll greater than 3 to pass successfully. The forest tile follows, requiring only a roll of 2 or 4 to overcome its challenge. Meanwhile, the dragon tile presents the most daunting obstacle, demanding a roll of 6 to triumph over. The concluding game tile is strategically positioned just six tiles beyond the dragon, ensuring that players must face and conquer each challenge in sequence before reaching the final destination. To add an artistic touch without painting, sugar or flour can be used to fill in the number cavities on each obstacle tile. This tabletop adventure features delightful Dutchmogul miniatures printed at 28mm scale.
